I) Preparation of weekly, monthly & quarterly preventive or predictive maintenance schedule activity.II) Daily monitoring and keep records of preventive & breakdown maintenance of machine.III) Carrying out breakdown maintenance root cause analysis.IV) Doing why-why analysis and to improve MTBF/MTTR & there documentation.V) Managing day-to-day plant engineering and maintenance related work.VI) Raise PR by collecting data of spare parts used and arrange spares.VII) Handling maintenance related problems during shift.VIII) Maintained all critical spares of machines.IX) To maintain plant ISO documents and manual during audit.X) Handling man-power and responsible for there shift duties & shift scheduling.XI) Reports on MTTR & MTBF.XII) Prepare daily & monthly MIS data of plant.

I) To control and co-ordinate the entire operation of the shifts.II) Maintain all documents like daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly check sheet.III) Working on daily downtime reports.IV) Maintenance of hot forging press, cutting machine, grinding machine and other equipments.V) Maintain stock of critical spares parts.VI) Daily Work on 5S system.VII) Maintain records of errors and breakdown of machines at the site.
