I am currently working as a Sales Supervisor in NexG Softech for last 1.5 years. It provides technical support to US customers. In this role, I lead over 10 executives and provided solutions to our customers by understanding their technical needs.I have also worked as a customer executive and senior customer executive in Firstsource and NexG Softech respectively and helped in solving complaints and providing the required information.I have completed my Masters in Computer Application from Karnataka State Open University and completed Bachelors in Arts from Krishna Kanta Handique Open University. I’m truly passionate about whatever work I do and always eager to connect with others. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favourite stage my work was working with the customers or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives.
