Responsible to first piece and last piece approval in line inspection. 2. Conducting the in process inspection for the same.3. Responsible for Pre Dispatch Inspection of Material.4. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.5. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.6. Manage and facilitate calibration activities.7. Ensure the Process flow as per control Plan.8.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.9. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.10. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.11. To Study the shop & identify the area for improvement and develop an innovation in process by Implementing Kaizen & Mistake Proofing.12. Documentation of record like, PPM, MIS Data,COPQ and other quality reports.13. Participating in new product launch and give feedback for improving new product quality before mass production.14.
