 Acquisition of new Corporate, Tour Operator, Education Consultants & FFMC for generating revenue for the branch. Managing miscellaneous activities, Audit Compliance, administrative Work, KYC norms, AML guidelines. Deal with day to day Forex Transaction, Bank Transactions, Daily Reports, stock Management, Credit Outstanding and Excess currency stock. Coordinating among the Team members and other divisions and dealing with the Banks & NBFCs for bulk Sale & Bulk purchase of Foreign Currencies. Supervising and supporting branch staff. Establishing mutually beneficial tie-ups with high end FFMC, Corporate and tour operator in order to increase sales and visibility.

 Assisting in managing of 11 Branches in East Delhi. Responsible for increasing the retail Forex volume and income target of branches. Responsible to ensuring that all the leads/Customers sourced are successfully catered to at the branches. Identification of market potential and sourcing of leads for closure at branches. Branch visit & review of branches for product activation. Responsible to resolve the issues at branches with the help of Retail Product team. Helping branches become a Hi-active Forex branches.

 Assisting in managing of 18 Branches in central Delhi. Responsible for increasing the retail Forex volume and income target of branches. Acquisition of new source of business, both in-branch and out branch through branch catchment. Responsible to ensuring that all the leads/Customers sourced are successfully catered to at the branches. Identification of market potential and sourcing of leads for closure at branches. Driving product team’s contests & ensuring leads supplied are worked upon regularly. Branch visit & review of branches for product activation. Responsible to resolve the issues at branches with the help of Retail Product team. Helping branches become a Hi-active Forex branches. Ensuring that Excess currency stock should disposed on time by the branches.
