It reduces Manual work of checking the deals refs in EMT & Sign off status in PTP. Responsibilities & Significant Highlights:• Did process improvement of defaulting SSI which has reduced the volumes to 60% as of May 10.• Trained 2 FTE’s on the trade management process & handled responsibility of the team in absence of supervisors.• Implemented Adobe comparison tool which has reduced the time of investigation per trade by 10 mins for all ESW Trades• Worked on TLM project which is moving one of the PTP recs to TLM & also includes JPM direct trades which were out of scope for PTP rec. This involves testing & working with the operate teams to fix the issues on TLM Rec.

Brief on Processes:Monitor the pre queues & ensure that discrepancies are investigated & released as per the currency cut off. Check to ensure that all nostros are investigated by EOD signoff & all the large value items are escalated. This role was more of a quasi-team lead role with subject matter expert.
