Include all procurement, negotiation, and administration of Service/Material/Composite contracts of EHV, Civil, Commercial and IT, ensuring payment of supplier as per agreed timelines and managing issues & resolving them in alignment with business partners.Creation of RFx, NIT, tender document, Corrigendum for active and competitive Bid participation. Preparation of cost matrix for analysis and approval from top management.Creation of Purchase Proposals & Management approval note for approval of orders above 2Cr.Responsible for creating and maintaining SAP records of all Purchase proposals, Rate Contracts, Purchase Orders and releasing them in the system for further approvals.Coordination for successful compliance of all techno- commercial deviations in relation to tendering/bidding activities. Vetting of technical bids and QR from user group and Pre-Audit and successful conduction of RA post price bid opening.To ensure timely Performance evaluation of BAs based on Quality, Quantity and Delivery (QQD) Analysis and to take corrective and preventive action. Coordinating and monitoring the entire operations chain, and timely resolving of issues.Liaison with other utilities/ segments to enhance bidder participation. Also, to give opportunity to new competent bidders including BAs under the category of Affirmative Action (AA).To ensure timely submission of all MIS reports and further submitting to Head/HOD & associated stakeholders.To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organizational requirements.
