Working as a project manager, owning all stages of the project lifecycle from inception through monitoring and closing to deliver projects.My roles and responsibilities (but not limited to):-* Ensure all the construction works is carried out in strict governance with occupational health and safety guidelines. * Lead the construction and development of power infrastructure substations, AIS/GIS/Hybrid, in compliance with rules and regulations. Establishment of substation within budget, first time right quality and 100% Injury free Manhours.* Preparation of project plan, including timelines, milestones and deliverables from land acquisition till commissioning of the substation.* Expediting physical progress and conversion as per contractual schedule.* Power Sanction and approval from state electricity board within timeframe and budget. * Implementation and review of system compliance.* Close co-ordination with the design and engineering and SCM team for timely approvals to ensure the procurement as per requirement. * Stakeholder Engagement for the smooth operation of the project as well as coordination with distribution agencies and regulatory team to ensure local regulations.* Maintaining expertise and adopting Digital Initiatives & Innovation related to power infrastructure. * Maintain Good relationship with External/Govt. officials.* Cost Control & Optimum use of Resources.
