As a head of security operations center globally I am driving the management strategies to create a uniform and standard operations across the regions within FIS and enhance the security incident and event handling, response and create a robust process to strengthen the FIS security monitoring platform to enable FIS in pro actively respond to the threats and vulnerability in the IT infrastructure and the information system.I am currently working in developing the SOC and its current presence in multiple geographys to increse the effectiveness and reduce the turn around time for reacting towards the potential security threats.My current focus areas are:• My focus is on planning the budget, and technology strategy to meet SLAs• Develop Threat intelligence within SOC and integrate with SIEM for making it more aware with latest threats that are related to the environment that is being covered.• Working with the global Security Engineering and management team in requirement gathering on the future enhancements by leveraging the experience he has in the field of security operations.• Develop tools and methodology for SOC to monitor the events from single solutions by integrating multiple SIEM workflows.

Security Architect: Provide guidance to the IT professionals in building a secure environment & identify the deficiencies in the existing and new infrastructure, improvement in the areas on the implemented controls that are based on PCI DSS, ISO 27001, other regulatory & customer requirements.Security Information and Events Management: Have helped the organization in building the 24/7 monitoring team that identifies realtime correlated events and reports to stakeholders and incident management team.Vulnerability Management: Lead a professional team with responsibilities to perform vulnerability scans, penetration tests and help the internal stakeholders to remediate the identified vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
