Aspects of planning, which includes booking, planning, commercial, paper formalities and coordinating all associated eventsNegotiating terms, execute, and administer contracts with event facilities vendors for service, in accordance with budget constraints and company policies and procedures.Serving as the primary contact between contractors, clients, organizers, and organization operations to ensure smooth execution of all functions supporting the programs and events.Interacting with clients to discuss their requirements for the event, such as number of guests and appropriate size of area required.Directing event administrative requirements and logistics by developing and adhering to event contracts and confirmation agreements.Communicating requirements in advance to appropriate departments or outside vendors and follow up to ensure that corporate standards of quality and service are met as per the required standard. Ensuring whether event organizers follow safety rules and regulations or not. Checking and approving the event flow.Assisting in implementing the sales strategy to the management.Encouraging repeat business through networking with current clients and their references.Assimilating information with regard to electrical consumption and the cost of manpower and submitting the same to management. Ensuring timely and prompt response to all incoming sales inquiries via all means of mode.
