-Involved in Application Software setup, testing, implementation starting from OS installation, database installation, and application configuration.-Integration with various other nodes of the Telecom Network, acceptance testing with customer for various test scenarios and hand over of product to support team with hardware and software details and close all the punch points.-Work with support team to troubleshooting and support the post implementation issues
