Also, enhancing the assembly capacity from the present level of 40 machines per shift to 50 machines per shift.- Increased Process compliance from 50% to 78%.- Cost of material handling was reduced by setting up inventories at the actual point of use.- Inventory costs were reduced by 35% through the use of auto-scheduling and two bin control mechanisms - Brought down time between roll off to ready for dispatch from 12 to 7 hours.- Assembly Line Layout Planning for the capacity of 26 Machine /Shift and implementation.- Developed controlled torque tightening systems for Hydraulic Joints- Identified and implemented the different tooling through PFMEA.
