Production - site fabrication (site equipment manufacture, column sections setup, welding, NDT, etc.) tray fitting, erection, hydro tests, handover, etc. for equipments such as distillation columns, pressure vessels, etc. Inspection - inspection of various equipments on site such as dimensional check, site joint setup check, dimensional and quality check for internals (trays, bolting bars, TSR, etc) and externals (PF/LC cleats, PSC cleats, etc), nozzle orientations, etc., site joint weld check including NDT check, checking final column alignment and orientation, checking of column internal fittings such as Trays and random packing.

Site preparation, mobilization of man and materials, unloading of sections, assembly of sections in vertical position, fabrication of balance internal and external parts, fabrication of platform and ladders, etc., handling third party inspections (TUV), carrying out NDT (such as die penetrate test, radiography, etc) & certification of the same, hydro-tests, final alignment of columns, final documentation and complete handover to client.
