During the first year, I was working within the Credit Risk IT as Systems Analyst. My role involved technical business analysis within on-going projects of Credit Risk.Since, March 2009 I have been working as Developer/ Support Analyst within the Equity Finance IT. My role involves support and development of swaps system within Prime Prokerage arena.

The course covers a number of the key systems development lifecycles plus a range of systems analysis techniques. These include requirements elicitation techniques, such as interviewing, sampling and scenarios, and systems modelling techniques, such as use case and class modelling. During the course, delegates apply these techniques to a variety of real-world exercises and scenarios.

My role as a personal lending advisor involved advising customers with the varied product-range in the business, helping to find the right solution.Providing financial advice to customers ensuring high-standards of customer service.Achievements: This role helped me getting exposure to Finance and enhance my written and verbal communication skills. It helped me build up my confidence in talking to clients at all levels.

I worked at Community Leisure Services Ltd as Finance Assistant to assist in the administration of all functions of the purchase ledger, sales ledger, cash book, general ledger using Accounting software package. My role also involved production of accurate monthly management accounts and processing of the monthly payroll while carrying out the aims and content of the finance key standards framework. While working as a Finance Analyst I got exposed to various organisational processes.

I have worked as IT Analyst and Sales Assistant for Big Picture House Ltd. I was responsible for the company's main server and database management and maintenance. Provided IT support along with company's website administration and maintenance. E-marketing and business administration tasks varying from managing prospective clients to reception cover. Research of various corporate contacts for targeting the company’s sales and to expand its database. My role involved working as a sales representative for the company’s art gallery promoting the sales of its exclusive fine art collection. I learnt to contribute resourcefully being a member of dynamic and creative team, developed communication skills and gained practical and commercial experience of various technical skills.
