I started my career in marketing and worked in agencies as well as corporates and handled marketing strategies, brand campaigns, events, sales promotions, key account management, marketing budgets, and P&L management for different industries like Media, Telecom, CPG, Consumer Durables, and Technology, for many top Indian as well as International brands.From marketing other brands, I moved into marketing my own brand and put on my entrepreneurial hat. That was a very interesting, insightful, and valuable experience, which you may be able to relate to if you have ever dared to take the Red Pill and gone down the entrepreneurial route. (Yup! the Red Pill is totally a movie reference from the film Matrix, which is one of my all-time favourite movies)From entrepreneurship, I transitioned into a new career in recruitment, when I was headhunted by a recruitment agency to join them as a recruiter. Incidentally, I was placed by them in my last marketing job.
