Over the course of 7+ years, I've built software independently as a small business owner, as a consultant, for small companies, for large enterprises, and have had the opportunity to work with several teams on and off-shore, across the globe. Quazma was born out of this experience, as we collectively saw a need and an opportunity to share our expertise and offer help to small and medium-sized businesses with software development needs. Our portfolio clients have saved more than $100k in 24 months with the help of our Offshore Remote Teams.Currently, overseeing the success of our software engineering organization that is responsible for providing high-functioning software development teams and processes for each of our clients and partners. We have coding talents that possess skills that span across different technologies, platforms and domains. My role as CTO is to provide strategic technical direction for the engineering group, and for the company as a whole. We strive daily to hire the best talent, craft smart processes, and solve challenging engineering problems that forge a path of success for both Quazma and its clients.
