  Credit Management, Credit Analysis of Customers and Control over working capital of customer accounts. Advise CUs in early stage of sales regarding the commercial terms to enable prompt Cash inflow in early stages. Capital forecast for the account and provide cashflow forecast for the Region. Recommend new ideas for capital, credit and cash management, that will contribute to overall organization improvement.  Dealing and negotiation with European Banks, Indian Banks and Financial Institutions for necessary funding against business to customer. Finalization of funding and business model based on finance modeling e.g Letter of Credit, Sales of Receivable, Factoring & Discounting and European Financing. Work proactively for the Working Capital turnover reduction in customer accounts and for Region. Establish and maintain great customer relationships to maximize account performance towards Working Capital. Manage customer accounts by ensuring any issues and queries are dealt with professionally and resolved quickly and efficiently ensuring no impact on Cashflow.

 Provided pro-active financial & sales governance support to Customer Unit Head.  Drove business and financial performance improvements and drove corrective actions.  Ensured that all the directives, policies, strategies and guidelines were suitably implemented and carried out in the Customer Unit. Supported customer units with control facilities relative to cost awareness and use of capital. Finalized revenue recognition methodology.  Secured the process of budgeting and forecasted within the CU  Financed interface in all tenders and RFP’s from the CU account  Responsible for all financial results of CUs and variances with forecasted numbers. Risk Management for CU and dealing with customer Ensured Legal compliances and liaison with Internal auditors and statutory auditors.
