I am responsible for anything and everything related to IT technology in Vaidic Srijan LLP, from website to LAN, social media to Servers, manufacturing process automation till IoT interventions in data capturing in sustainable environmental rejuvenation - since Vaidic Srijan is into environmental Services, but IT is an enabler for all industries.

• Primary responsibilities include performing project-based engineering, design, installation and troubleshooting of data/security networks.• Building complex routing and switching solutions.• LAN routing and switching configuration and deployment in medium to very large environments.•Customer liaison to project requirements, scope and integration with existing systems.•Development, configuration, integration, testing, optimization, implementation and debugging of bespoke customer solutions.•Testing of software applications or hardware devices that may be deployed to enhance solution.•Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.•Development of tools that may be used by others to help provision, manage or troubleshoot deployments.•Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.•Working both remotely and on customer sites where appropriate to perform tasks.

Responsibilities: • Configuring, testing, and maintenance of LAN/WAN equipments and related services • Identifying, diagnoses, and resolving network problems • To create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support • Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations • Maintain and support company’s LAN/WAN environment • Windows and Linux systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email, and authentication administration • Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation • Obtain and maintain required certifications for partnership with key vendors
