Project Title : Information Technology for Health• Review the proposal/concept note submitted by Cambodia on technology solutions to strengthen communicable disease surveillance and emergency operation, and provide advice and ways forward on whether the proposed solutions offer the best approach possible in addressing the identified issues.• Work with relevant Ministry of Health departments to review the current system in order to find the slots for improvement;• Quick scan of the work of other development partners and private companies working in similar areas (eg WHO, MBDS, private firms)• Advise on feasibility of application and implementation of solutions, and innovative alternatives where appropriate • Advise and identify regional benefits and solutions where appropriate• Submit a timeline of implementation and proposed work plan of rolling out these solutions, both for pilot stage and beyond.• Developed real time disease surveillance for national level center to monitor outbreak and data analysis to take preventative actions.
