Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment•Handling complete Recruitment Process Independently from scratch to finish•Performed Full Life-Cycle of Recruitment which includes; Sourcing, Screening, Reference Checking, Presenting Candidates, Conducting and Scheduling Interviews, Collecting and Delivering Feedback, Negotiating, Job Posting & Closing. •Continuously exploring database of the suitable candidates and short-listing the potential candidates by confirming their interest and Up-To-Date Information. •Regularly following up with candidates and operation subsequent to joining the organization to ensure satisfaction on both the sides. •Meeting the goals in given time and giving quality services.•Creating & maintaining the database for future/ anticipated requirements.•Handling Recruitment across all levels viz. Junior Level, Middle Level, Senior Level, Team Leads, Project Leaders, and Project Managers.
