Directorate of Sports and Youth AffairsLooked after end – end ideation and implementation of 9 out of 24 functional areas to organize Khelo India-A massive sporting event with a participation of over 10000 athletes and officials-Design Agency-All Ceremonies-Media and Communication-Spectator Engagement-Sports Presentation- Venue Operation- Broadcast- Accommodation , Catering and Transport- Sports Expo - Ideated and successfully organized Khelo India Raahgiri in all 22 districts with a mass participation of approximately 44000• Conceptualized and implemented an initiative “Youthpreneur” focused to train 1000 youth of Haryana in the field of adventure sports and home stays. Hon’ble Chief Minister announced 2 Crore for the said initiative • Digitized the registration process for Khel Nurseries, application procedure for Cash Awards and Coach Management System for better governance• Improvised the Khel Nursery policy for better impact on ground• Designed the yearly calendar for Sports and Youth Affairs for the year 2022-2023• Managed the media operation of the department• Made the budget and designed the framework for sporting events • Conceptualized and directed “Haryana Edusports” – video series for multiple sports to create access for athletes to get guidance about any sport in all regards • Conceptualized and directed over 10 departmental videos• Facilitated establishing of Khelo India Centre of Excellence in Panchkula•Conceptualized and established an Advanced scientific Training and Rehabilitation Centre in an initially unused office space in 6 days

• Raised 3.6 Crore+ INR from American India Foundation for setting up of 100 portable beds with ventilator in the district and facilitated in its installation• Conceptualized and implemented project Parali Navnirman aiming at increasing 1.5x income of 10000+ farmers and improving AQI levels in the district• Spearheaded ‘Project Swabhimaan’ to promote sustainable livelihood to 150+ SHGs by training them in producing high quality and cost-effective sanitary napkins • Constituted committees as per POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act in over 35 government offices• Designed interventions to improve mental health and overall wellbeing of visitors at the women crisis centreimpacting 200+ women in distress• Conceptualized behavioral intervention to improve work force participation among rural women of Kaithal. 3000+ women participated and more than 500+ reached back to seek follow-up support • Onboarded 35 cross-functional departments of the district administration on eOffice (online file movement system) • Developed the strategy for increasing the registration of Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family IDs) for 2.8 lakh families and facilitated its linkage with the state government’s flagship schemes & services• Evaluated, improved, and facilitated the operation of Antyodaya Saral, a unified portal of the state’s G2C services • Improved the implementation of state government’s digital education initiatives, which increased digital access by 35% for more than 60,000 children in Kaithal

National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & HealthcareProviders (NABH)- Lead the implementation of grading 1000+ hospitals under‘Kayakalp’ project by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare- Coordinated and managed the assessment planning of 700+small health care and eye care hospitals in India - Initiated and co-ordinated CSR Initiatives like ‘1 school - 1 library- 1000 dreams’, Medishaala, Plantation drives(Swachh Madhya Pradesh Project, Vidisha)- Successfully developed sustainable strategies for capacity building of municipal corporations which improved the districts ranking from 126 to 23 in Swachh Survekshan 2019- Developed innovative solution to resolve conflict between stakeholders, expedite approvals and ensure maximumefficiency in restricted budget- Coordinated with stakeholders and analyzed their feedback to improve the process efficiency. This helped increase theirsatisfaction level from 28% to 73%. The stakeholders included citizens, sanitation workers, CMO etc- Drafted the project report for Govt. of Madhya Pradesh

-Mentored women on financial planning and literacy with an aim of enabling them to make informed decisions.-Conceptualized and organized “Strishaala”, An awareness program with the aim to impact community women through knowledge sessions on financial planning and literacy. 200+ women engaged in the program. Networked with Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and was successful in bringing him as a chief guest at Strishaala.

- Trained 110 students from grades 6-8 at an under resourced Delhi Government school situated in Mandawali.- Conducted primary and secondary research to understand the community- Conceptualized and implemented innovative blended learning pedagogies and audio visual aids for teaching.- Created classroom behavior management system which was used as a self-analysis tool. This helped students understand, imbibe and internalize values- Increased the average English reading comprehension level of the students from 2.5 to 3.5, which resulted in 100% literacy 99% reading comprehension, writing and speaking skills- Raised funds for the project ‘Khel khel mein, sankalp se sidhi ki oar’, an initiative to impact and empower 80+ girls through sports
