Responsibilities:• Prepare technical offers, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and maintain inquiry registers and order sheets.• Manage day-to-day communication and follow-ups with overseas clients.• Cross-check units physically against the bill of materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy.• Develop installation manuals for distillation units, including 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings.• Provide required certifications and ensure compliance with standards.
