My role involves enhancing consistency, effectiveness, and alignment in quality management practices across all regions and divisions (Foodservice, Home Solutions and Coffee Systems), focusing particularly on our global interface, to strengthen our global connectivity. • Consolidation of current KPIs in FS, CS and HS - with the goal of developing a comprehensive global Quality dashboard. • Development of a Quality communication strategy tailored specifically to Franke's needs. • Initiating process optimizations, starting with the claim process and RACI list, aiming to streamline procedures. • Creation of global Quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence across divisions. • Establishment of a Quality Intranet page to serve as a centralized resource hub. • Define global Quality onboarding topics and processes to facilitate seamless integration for new hires. • Development of a Quality competence matrix to systematically define training needs and opportunities. • Synchronization and monitoring of planned Quality initiatives (DMS, FMEA, 8D) on a global scale.
