I am part of 'Capgemini's Executive Hiring- India team'-> Responsible for industry wide talent mapping, headhunting, creating org charts as well as mapping teams across different technologies/skills/practices -> This also involves tracking leadership movements, expanding & updating database to proactively map key leaders & potential talent pool helping create a healthy pipeline across roles & niche skills-> I also support in sourcing & mapping teams for different roles & BUs including PBS (SAP/Orcale), GADM (ADMS Delivery/SAP-EM), I&D (AI/ML/Data Architects/Delivery/Practice, etc), Invent, FS & others-> Additionally, I am part of the Leadership Mobility team managing VP Mobility collaborating with leaders and assisting them in career opportunities and growth within the company across BUs & roles-> Also, led monthly newsletter published to the Capgemini India leadership, been involved in driving various process standardization projects and initiatives around leadership hiring including DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion)
