Pan Mohamad Faiz is the Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau at the Indonesian Constitutional Court. Previously, he served as the Head of the Center for Research, Case Study, and Library Management and as a Senior Expert Assistant to the Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court. Dr. Faiz earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Constitutional Law from the TC Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland, Australia. He also holds a Master of Comparative Law (M.C.L.), specializing in comparative constitutional law, from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. He was a recipient of both the Australia Awards Scholarship (AAS) and the ICCR Scholarship.Currently, Dr. Faiz is an External Research Fellow at the Center for Public, International and Comparative Law (CPICL) at the University of Queensland, Australia. Additionally, he teaches constitutional law courses, including "Legal Theory," "Law and Constitution," "Comparative Constitutional Law," "Procedural Law of the Constitutional Court," "Election Dispute Resolutions," and other related subjects at Universitas Brawijaya and other universities.Dr. Faiz is also active in various professional organizations. He serves as the Secretary of the Research and Publication Department at the Association of Constitutional Law and State Administrative Law Lecturers (APHTN-HAN) and as the Cooperation Coordinator at the Association of Indonesian Legal Journal Management (APJHI). Previously, he was the Executive Secretary of the Indonesian Law Scholars Association (ISHI) and Manager at the Jimly School of Law and Government (JSLG). In recognition of his achievements, the U.S. Department of State selected him to participate in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on “Judicial Reform” in the United States in 2012.Dr. Faiz has also completed several professional training programs, including the “ProCuria Program for Legal Officers” at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands (2017), and the “Leadership in Court Governance” program at the Singapore Judicial College (2017). Additionally, he graduated from the Advanced Level Education and Training Program for Researchers conducted by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI).Dr. Faiz is renowned for his academic publications on legal and constitutional issues, which serve as key references for law students and scholars.
