Leads Manufacturing Quality team for Weld shop & General Assembly (Team size 2 Shift Managers 6 Senior specialist and 70 team members) Develop Quality standards and specifications, Plan and implement infrastructure required (including all 4M's).Establish and refine Unit Quality Plan, which includes inspection frequency of line inspection, Patrol inspection, Quality Audits, Process & Product auditsEnsure Annual Quality audit plan is adhered and revise the control plan and other quality documents, revise the frequency based on the quality output.     Drive Quality Improvements thru QRQC, coordinate with next level customers (Paint / Battery / Motor & Production) & External suppliers (SQA & Sourcing).Lead CFT for the root cause analysis on customer complaints, and identify the gaps in manufacturing process and implement the corrective actions with the relevant stake holder with minimal lead time.Conduct the PDCA review on Customer Complaints / SPR issues and drive the actions with CFT team along with Horizontal Deployment opportunities.Identify new Quality Gates for the failure modes received from Field, Shop floor and also for the potential failure modes to ensure the defects are not skipped to customer.Lead Change Management - Approve the Engineering and Process Changes in mass production with adequate product and process validation compliance to applicable PPAP requirements.Effectively contribute in NPD implementation in Design Review, Vehicle Builds, FMEA workshops, Control Plan for smooth NPD realization process
