Crop Roastery Brewery was a pioneering bar concept in the heart of Heraklion, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a unique blend of artisanal coffee, craft beer, and exclusive wine offerings. Under the mentorship of master brewer Giorgos, one of the owners, I gained invaluable insights into the art of roasting single-origin coffee varieties and curated a selection of craft beers and wines that showcased the diverse flavors of Greece.
