SAP payroll used for 2400 employees. Supervising 2 staff.OCS has a complicated payroll due many small companies being boughtand staff having TUPE conditions. Part of the HR SAP implementation team installing middleware between payroll and accounts.Providing reports and procedures using PSE and Impromptu.Working within an HR outsourcing company using PS2000. Closed the payroll including a large number of redundancies. Then helped implement Ceridian and out source 6 payrolls. Provided training on this for the helpdesk.Bought in to cover manager leaving abruptly using Kvpay. Weekly high-pressure, high turnover payroll. Highlighted errors that saved the company 5k. Small expat payroll including staff in Europe and Poland.To cover illness of manager Using the ADP payroll system, high status staff with lots of benefits, inpats and expats. Packages and benefits in various currencies. To manage implementation (Unipay to BIM) of new system and move of department to new location. Expats paid in various currencies. Highlighted NI rules that allowed company and staff to save 20k per annum.Part of project to create completely new ERP for new company created from the parts of 2 companies using SAP. Assisted in writing and test payroll & HR script for a complex (unionised staff) payroll.Transferred payroll from ADP to Duet (Capita). Streamlined network wide timesheets using excel.Responsible from start to finish for payrolls of up to 20,000 employees and supervising up to 11 staff and for US and expat payrolls of up to 70 employees.Preparation and submission of annual returns, P35s, P60's, P11Ds, Class 1A NIC, PSA calculation and payment. Prepared for Inland Revenue audit, main point of contact during audit. Correspondence with Pensions Trusts.

Reported to the Financial Controller, supervising 1other team member. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment of weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 1,500 employees, 400 of whom paid through purchase ledger, initially using the ADP system then transferred to the Multisoft system.Covered all aspects of payroll as before. Used Lotus 4 for Windows to produce and maintain reports and spreadsheets. Other duties included extensive input into management accounts, due to high staff turnover.REASON FOR LEAVING: Excessive travelling plus uncertain future due to impending company take-over

VARIOUS TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS WITHIN THE PAYROLL/ACCOUNTS FIELDResponsible for processing varying sizes of payrolls from 400 to 25,000 employees, using various computerised payroll system.Involved in implementing new systems, winding down payrolls on company take-over as well as setting up spreadsheets. All other aspects of payroll duties covered as previously mentioned.

Reported to the Company Secretary. Sole responsibility for administering weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 550 employees, using the ADP system.Duties involved all aspects of payroll including processing clock cards, pensioners' and Ex-patriates payrolls. Dealt with expenses, mortgage subsidies, staff and season ticket loans.

Sole responsibility for processing a weekly payroll for 140 staff and a monthly payroll for 80 employees, using an in-house Powerpay system.All aspects of payroll duties covered as previously mentioned including collecting clock cards from security to handing out weekly cash pay packets to staff. Produced departmental budgets using the Lotus 123 system.

Reported to the Payroll Manager. Supervised a team of 5 clerks, with approximately 900 employees per clerk, responsible for processing weekly payrolls totalling approximately 40,000 bar staff, using an in-house system using IBM mainframe with Unipay attachments. All aspects of payroll duties covered including making cash payments.
