I am responsible for the operations of all of the hotel group’s properties in the country, including the prestigious Hormuz Grand Muscat, a Radisson Collection Hotel. One of my notable achievements at the company has been the global launch of the Radisson Collection, overseeing the opening of the first of three hotels worldwide. I have also created a countrywide sales, revenue, and marketing structure that increased market share, even in a declining and oversupplied market. Through this initiative, the company has achieved substantial cost optimization benefits.I am proud to say that under my leadership, we have obtained market share growth for 2019, 2020, and 2021. I maintain and strengthen relationships with owners and other stakeholders in Oman to continue driving success for the company.

I oversaw the operations of the large complex comprising a hotel plus residences (with a total of 367 rooms, suites, and apartments) and an office tower. The complex also included five dining outlets and extensive meeting and event venues.One of my key achievements was leading the refurbishment of all meeting facilities in the hotel. I also oversaw a renovation project for 246 hotel rooms, the lobby, and a restaurant, which helped to enhance the guest experience and maintain our competitive edge in the market.During my tenure, the hotel attained double-digit revenue growth each year from 2011 to 2015. I take pride in the fact that in 2016, we were able to regain points on the revenue generation index, increasing from 76 to 110, which further solidified our position in the market.

I led the operations of the hotel complex consisting of three separate buildings with a total of 655 rooms and suites. The complex boasted robust dining offerings, including eight diverse restaurants and external catering.One of my key projects was conceptualizing, designing, and managing the opening of a new convention venue spanning 6’000 square meters. Additionally, I led the pre-opening for an all-suite property. Under my leadership, the hotel complex achieved revenue near the 100 million dollar mark with a 56% gross operating profit in 2009. I was proud to lead a team of 1’400 employees and establish the hotel complex as the market leader in Nigeria. The hotel complex remained a crucial player in the local market with a solid sales and marketing outlook.
