Recruitment Team Leader
Current• Manage a team of 6 consultants, manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activity for the accounts; distributing roles, monitor KPIs, coverage and ensuring tasks are picked up in a timely manner. • Responsible for guiding the team through the day-to-day workload, ensuring the development, and mentoring of each individual. • Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports regarding the performance of the recruitment team, the overall team performance, and the forecasting of the department. • Provide exceptional end to end talent acquisition services to the clients, acting as a role model for the rest of the team. • Ensure the experience delivered to our candidates and clients is underpinned by excellence in customer service.• ISO Ambassador for the Recruitment Department.
