Dealing more than two decades with plastic card systems, plastic card thermal printers,embossers and mailing systems.Implementing installations/upgrades for centralized cards systems and instant card issuance.Strong technical background, lead the analysis, design, development, integration and enhancements of projects.• On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of plastic cards systems .• Delivering technical product demonstration to customer as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating, and programming.• Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information; as well as market analysis reports on market trends.• Reconciling and integrating territory service activity reports; maintaining and updating customer databases.• Attending national and international trade shows, assisting with promotional mailings, in-house exhibitions and other related activities.• Manage the implementation and address technical issues.• Τraining and guidance of technical department.• Customer service focus with ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.• Excellent communication and presentation skills; articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.• Results-oriented, self-directed. - Plastic Card production - Card personalization systems - Card personalization systems management and software applications - EMV cards- Softwares & RFID technologies.- Loyalty Applications
