In DMRC we worked as a technical trainee with the maintenance staff and were given a unique opportunity to visit/study various departments which contribute to the overall functioning of the Delhi Metro. Departments such as OHE(Overhead Equipment), PSI(Power System Installation), E&M (Electrical and Maintenance), Lifts & Elevators and SCADA were visited on a weekly basis in order to understand the working, protection and aftercare of such a complex power system.
