From October, 2018 Co-founder and CEO of the Products & Investments - Business Management Consulting, with scope the provision of business modeling, E-GRC, strategic communication, finance & funding, corporate restructuring and enabling and empowerment, mainly to SMEs.Pantelis Lamprou has been an executive of the Athens Exchange Group (ATHEX Group) for the past seventeen years. He has help the positions of Director of Strategic Communication and Markets Analysis, the Director of Compliance & Risk Management, Clearing & Risk Management, Business Products Development, Market Operation, Project Manager of the OASIS project (central trading system for stocks, bonds and derivatives), Head of Financial and Capital Markets Dept. and was responsible for the provision of Consulting Services in Capital Markets in the region. He began his professional career in 1989 in the computer industry, working in development projects at the Computer Technology Institute (CTI, Academic R&D Institute), at InfoQuest as Product Manager and at the Rainbow Group of Companies (Apple Computers) as Business Manager. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and of the INSEAD Alumni Association. He sat on the Boards of Directors of private and state owned companies, was a member of the Board of students’ society of the Computer Engineering Dept., member of the Scientific Committee of Greek Computer Engineers and members of Hellenic Volunteer Managers Center (KEMEL). Mr. Lamprou was born in 1966. He holds a degree (with distinction) from the Department of Computer Engineering & Informatics of the University of Patras. He is a graduate of the International Executive Program (Fontainebleau & Singapore) of the INSEAD Business School and speaks Greek (native) and English (fluently). He is married and has one daughter and one son.
