Currently, I have 7 + years of experience within the finance industry. I also have experience in running the day-to-day operations of a company which, combined with my attention to detail and passion for helping others, helps me in striving to provide excellent service to our valued clients. I have earned my bachelor's degree in Human Resources from University of Phoenix. Previously I worked with Walgreens for over 10 years. I started out as a cashier and worked my way up to an Executive Assistant Store Manager position. This includes working as a cashier, working in the beauty department, and leading the photo department as a Head Photo Technician. I have also worked in the pharmacy department as a Pharmacy Technician, and also I have assisted with Flu shot clinics, worked with insurance companies for Prior Authorizations approvals. As Executive Manager, I was in charge of hiring, training, coaching, and leading my staff to achieve results in their career. As a previous Executive Manager, I have hired over 45-50 employees and personally trained them to be successful shift leaders. I have previously worked in both medium and high-volume stores.
