As a coordinator, I was responsible for managing production, delivery and installation of retail furniture for brands from premium/beauty sector in EMEA region. My responsibilities included: -Defining scope of work together with client and vendors-Working together with Technology Department on pricing and time estimations-Coordination of work between production facilities-Monitoring progress and quality-Logistics and installation coordination

-Briefing clients to identify their needs-Preparing designs of individual exhibition stands-Preparing offers and contracts, negotiations with customers-Finding new contractors and managing choice of the best offer-Preparing contracts with contractors, price negotiations-Supervising project development-Looking for new business opportunities-Client aquisition-Development of the business model and marketing strategy-Reporting progress and results of work to the company owner

In 2014 I Completed Italian Design School course, where I was granted Creative Designer title.
