Creative Design Director, Design strategy development, design management, design skill development and Concept creation for Feature and smart phones.Originally I was hired to oversee the creative direction of Huawei’s Feature phones. The Job quickly evolved to encompass wide range: I was instrumental in creating the basic principles of design strategy, branding ideas and the practical implementation of the strategy for Smart Phones and Feature phones. This was done with close cooperation product planning and senior management of the Huawei Device Company. I created the design language definition, which encompasses the implementation of the language across the portfolio as well as the detail design of signature elements that help to build the brand. I ran concept workshops building design languages according to the design strategy and identifying user experiences fitting to the concepts.I oversaw the design direction of Feature Phones in two levels: ensuring the every day design delivery and building a design strategy in concert with smart phones. I’ve also contributed to Smart Phone design by creating design concepts for several Smart Phone projects. I was involved in design management of various smart phone projects. I helped to build the basic skill level of teams under me: one in the headquarters in Shenzhen and the other in Shanghai. These include the end user descriptions, Strategic design thinking, 3D Modeling skills, Sketching skills, colors and materials implementation.

I was responsible as part of team to identify and develop potential new business and technology opportunities for Nokia's Nseries products. These projects would range from software, product and service concepts. My duties included creating and driving new concepts, planning projects, presenting the ideas to different part of the organization.

As a Senior Design Specialist I've been responsible of planning and directing Long term concept projects for Achieve design team. At the same time I've been contributing to short term product concepting activities and other design related projects.

I was responsible for the creative quality of the Copenhagen design team's work on the day to day basis. Giving guidance according the design strategy given by upper management. I also acted as intermediate between the other parts of the organization and designers to ensure the design quality if needed. I was also responsible for the line management of design team. Setting the individuals long term goals and overseeing that their working environment was up to par with task at hand. In addition to this I was responsible for the team's budgeting.During these years I acted also as designer working on projects.
