With my recent graduation in Food Science and Technology, my role at EUROLACT was an exciting blend of theory and practice. By managing quality analyses and production workflows, I refined processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.My skills in process optimization and organization became evident as I handled daily operations and supervised a dedicated team. The abilities developed at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca were crucial in raising standards and ensuring peak productivity within the food industry. The experience gained as a manager in two different jobs helped improve my leadership and team management skills, strengthening my ability to coordinate and motivate diverse teams.
