Leads development, implementation, and management of Entertainment Licensing campaigns of non-narrative, reality, variety, and talk programs/Intellectual Properties (IPs) of ABS-CBN;Established and champions a new revenue stream for the company through Entertainment Licensing of non-narrative foreign franchise IPs acquired by ABS-CBN for local broadcast; Drives accomplishment of revenue targets from licensing campaigns by initiating partnerships with manufacturers, consumer brands, and other entities. This is done through implementation of proposed licensing campaigns for commercial purposes that are aligned with the partner’s business objectives;Manages implementation of licensing campaigns through close coordination with partners to ensure adherence to branding guidelines set by ABS-CBN, and if applicable, by the foreign IP owner;Developed, co-authored and maintains the licensing guidelines of the ABS-CBN;Collaborates with existing partner foreign IP owners (i.e. EndemolShine, Fremantle, Talpa-ITV) and local IP creators in developing licensing campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities with prospective partners;Develops localized branding and business strategies with internal stakeholders to acquire and scale new IPs for the company’s portfolio;Protects the Intellectual Properties of the company by monitoring infringements and unauthorized use across various communication platforms. Designs and implements strategies to resolve issues and exhaust measures to arrive at settlements outside of any legal setting;Lead an ad hoc initiative from 2012-2015 to review the company’s prevailing event selling structure, pricing, and strategies for IPs/Programs mounting on-ground activations that are open for sponsorships. Upon reporting of findings and recommendations to Management, reforms were implemented across the organization.

Linked the Agency Team with the Client as the main point of contact in collaborations to develop and implement advertising campaigns for LBC, RFM, Wendy’s, BDO Elite Cards, and Lotte Confectionary. The most notable projects are:1) LBC’s Panatang Makabayan Campaign, 2) LBC’s Remittance Service Relaunch,3) VitWater Product Launch, 4) Wendy’s Baconator Launch, and 5) Lotte Xylitol Relaunch;Delivered Client requirements while working with specific timelines and budgets;Managed and monitored on-going advertising projects to ensure smooth implementation, and if needed, address road-blocks efficiently; Established connections with potential clients to tap new revenue streams for the Agency.
