In my long career at Microsoft I covered several marketing roles both as a professional and people manager. I served as PR manager, Marketing and Communications , Brand and Corporate Marketing, CSR and Marketing Director.I have overseen all marketing and communications activities for products and services, consumer and business divisions as well as corporate initiatives from planning to measuring their success.

I led Microsoft Philanthropies driving the corporate social responsibility effort in the Italian subsidiary, encouraging NGOs’ technological transformation through implementation of dedicated local and international programs, by partnering leading non-profit agencies that specialise in the educational sector and start-ups, such as Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Fondazione Cariplo, Filarete. I work alongside Italian GM in his role of President of Confindustria Digitale Committee “Piattaforme di filiera per le PMI” coordinating the development of local initiatives (f.i. #territoridigitali and Industry 4.0 roadshow) that involve representatives of associations, corporations and institutions.

In the second brand agency of Brodeur, I was responsible for managing the client and its budget allocated for communications, for drawing up communication plans, for strategic consultations for clients, for the coordination and management of a team including Account Executive and Account Junior, and for the implementation of client communication activities. The position directly reported to Agency partners. (Brodeur Worldwide merged with ECC and became Pleon)

Appointed to start up the new ICT Division. Besides managing a group of clients operating in the IT sector (i.e., HP, Gruppo Engineering, ICS Olivetti, Reply) i coordinated a team of Consultants and Junior Consultants. By working with colleagues from the Finance Division regarding companies to be stock listed in the New Market, i acquired new skills in the corporate communications and Investor Relations frameworks.
