Responsible for leading the planning, definition, coordination, and execution of connectivity projects in the CNH Industrial Latin American Region.Support CNH Industrial’s commercial brands as well as Product Development, Parts and Service and various other regional internal business functions. • Lead the definition and execution of value-creating connectivity projects within the region.• Act as a key point of contact for the region to the global connectivity function.• Lead the regional cross-functional Connectivity and connected service areas.• Estimate resources required for successful execution of projects and manage to allocated resources and budget.• Lead proofs of concept and pilot projects to test and validate proposed solutions.• Create new business model that increase the connectivity offering reflecting on number of connected CNH machines on field.• Maintain awareness of regional requirements, constraints and connectivity regulation landscape and communicate those to the regional and global teams.• Follow current technology and trends in the connectivity landscape as well as CNH Industrial’s markets.• Pushing and contributing at conectarAGRO association, sustain CNHi as one of key companies at the association.•Generate and monitor tools and KPIs about connectivity for the region and contribute with global projects•Regional reference for global MVNO project management.
