Customer Service Representative
CurrentOnboarding of our client’s employees· Ensure that all necessary documentation for the employees is received· Ensure that the accuracy of every data entry is recorded correctly· Complete due diligence for new clients· Working on increase of clients through the referral scheme· Chase up missing data on a weekly and monthly basis· Ensure clients and their employees know who their relationship manager is with regular courtesy calls· Contact client employees before their existing contract expires to ensure continuity· Continuous improvement of systems and processes· Various reports highlighting the performance of the department· Any other office based tasks
