Event Communications around Design

Responsible for "Tricolore Design Hub", a location in Piazza del Tricolore 1 in Milan: a space in the Durini-Monforte Design District dedicated to networking, communication and creativity hosting events, meetings, exhibitions and presentations related to the world of design and connected sectors: art, architecture, real estate, hospitality and lifestyle. It is also a showroom for the multi-brand display of interior design products and accessories.Event Project Manager for events organized within the location.Ongoing collaboration with the community of Architects and Designers and with the main players in the design & furniture sectors.

Management of events (online-offline-hybrid), webinars and projects - Italian and International - in all phases from idea, planning, organization, coordination to follow-up for Architecture, Design and Hospitality industry.Promotion of the project / event through communication campaigns, social networks, relations with the press.Costant collaboration with the community of Architects and Designers and the main players in design & furniture sectors.

Operational management of on/off line communication tools; Implementation and management of social media and digital PR for the brand; Editing and publishing press releases and corporate image; below-the-line management: from participation in trade fairs to direct marketing promotion; Showroom set-up and sales support; Developing and managing relationships with the A & D community and with major customers; In-store event organization; Identifying and managing new business opportunities for the company.

Implementation and development of the new unit of social media marketing management within the agency. Coordination of internal resources for digital PR. Integration and support services to traditional communications activities in 2.0 version.Operational and strategic management of social media and digital PR for the agency's clients: development of strategic publishing plans; community management activities, engagement and content marketing (in Italian and English) in terms of SEO; online communication campaigns; insights reports and social reviews; profiled advertising planning in social networks; daily contacts with bloggers and influencers; direct email marketing.Planning and organization of "Blogger & Social" format, an event dedicated to food & design blogger assisted by a SMM strategy.Account new business activities for the research and identification of new clients to the agency.

Consulting and collaboration with companies and integrated communication agencies – including brand activation agency Ogilvy Action, NABA-Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti of Milan, Castello di Padernello Foundation (BS), Carlo Colla Foundation ONLUS (MI), Sony Ericsson, Mobileview Italia–I am responsible for marketing and integrated communication projects (strategic and operational marketing plans; programming, organization and management of communication; competitor analysis; unconventional & guerrilla marketing; DEM) as well as for public relations, promotion, organization of events, social media marketing & networking, sponsorship and co-marketing.In addition I carry out activities of account management new business/lead generation (suspects-prospects-clients), also through the implementation, management and updating of business profile database; I am able to create and maintain a quality relationship with the client/target; I identify and coordinate the commercial interlocutors, partners and suppliers.I perform translation, localization, content writing and copy editing in Italian, from / to English and from / to French.

Planning, development, management and presentation to client prospects of an unconventional media communication project: an innovative and ecosustainable idea for marketing promotion of consumer brands, distributed by some medium and large Italian retailers' POS.Business development for the agency's activities: consumer, business to business, social media PR, marketing communication, online communication.

Development of commercial action plans in line with corporate strategies, market analysis of potential sponsors, ongoing monitoring and screening of events and communication opportunities, analysis of compatibility between sponsor e sponsee, individuation of prospect lists, development of integrated projects of co-marketing events, searching for partners sponsors & co-marketers, management and development of relationships with clients & sponsors/sponsees, negotiations, report processing, for sponsorship sector and its strategic planning (Sponsor Rating® method); translation in foreign languages of the supporting materials.

Searching for new clients and management of those already acquired for the products and below-the-line services; Commercial development and editorial coordination of the two-monthly lifestyle and cultural magazine “Monza Club” owned by Monza Club Editions Co., in cooperation with Sporting Club in Monza.Organization and production of events for “NewEvents” sector and of training courses for “NewPower” sector: emotional/logical strategy, public relations, technical-logistical part, sponsor research. Coordination and management of some internal resources.
