Chinese American Scholars Association (CASA) was founded for academics, managers, professionals and others who shared and supported the concerns of the Chinese American issues.In 2004, emerging markets Brazil, Eastern Europe, Russia, India and China moved to the world stage. Distance Education, Entrepreneurship, E-Commerce, Ethics, and Social Responsibility, provided new and innovative ways to learning. CASA board decided to hold E-Leader conferences to address these global issues.Since 2006, CASA ran 13 successful E-Leaders in Asia and Europe. Speakers and local participants raved about the face-to-face exchanges between CEOs, managers and professors, from diverse areas of expertise and background.
