I graduated in Computer Science in 1990, in Milan. The same year I started working in a large U.S. international company, which had already implemented the systemic approach in coaching and project management. For 10 years I worked in manufacturing dept, managing industrial projects: process automation, statistical process control, shop floor control. From simple to complex projects: ISO9001 std. for R&D dept, ERP and PDM system implementation. The all-round experience I made lets me to understand the importance of exploring issues from many points of view. The systemic vision of a problem helps to simplify it: when I focus on an object to make a photo, the diaphragm expands, not shrinks itself.Over the next 5 years I was responsible for the Information Systems dept. in a sportswear company focused on these business processes: new product development, sourcing, communication, marketing, retail... implementing legacy and ERP projects with different working groups, with members from 54 different countries.I learned what are the management of cultural differences and the coaching of virtual teams ... for me and for the effectiveness of my work has taken on a major importance to know how to work in team, motivate people, looking for creative solutions together. For the next 5years, I worked in the media industry, as a coach and project manager of large companies (publishing) and small (web agency) trying to convey what was learned during the years of my education and professional experience.I'm now working to help the "socio-economic entities" (i.e. SME, Public Schools and No-Profit Associations) in organizing their internal and external processes, with the full involvement of staff and technology available. In 2016 I started my collaboration with an international company (Engine90.com) that promotes an innovative and efficient solution to manage companies' strategy implementation and in Italy I'm promoting innovation and change in many sectors of manufacturing.
