I am responsible for the whole Chemistry and Materials portfolio in terms of reaching targets and KPIs, analyzing new trends in the market and developing new growth strategies, managing strategic budget and ensuring maximum ROI, representing the portfolio at external stakeholder meetings.I lead a team of 7 Journal Managers who in turn have teams of 2 to 16 specialists.The portfolio overall is comprised of 2 established titles, 5 pre-indexed products and 8 newly-launched journals.As part of my role, I also am responsible of leading company OKRs as a business lead (planning, team recruitment, project management).
