Ms. Moreschini was born in Viterbo, Italy, in 1963 and received her law degree cum laude in 1988 from La Sapienza University in Rome. She was admitted to the Rome bar in 1991 and the special bar of the Italian Supreme Court in 2004. She is also a professional mediator and teach in courses on mediation. Paola Moreschini is italian partner of LEPCA Lawyers in Europe on Parental Child Abduction and member of CEO of the Italian Institute for Collaborative Law and negotiation assisted by lawyers.In 2010 she has co-founded PRO.SEGUO Association, which develops projects against over-indebtness. Since 2009 to 2016 she was associated of PMT Pontecorvi Mannaerts & Triboldi Law Firm. Prior to this, she worked for ten years as chief legal officer of Adiconsum, a consumers association.Since 2006 di 2010, she has been an official legal consultant of the Association of Italian banks (ABI) with respect to consumer rights issues and, from 2004 to 2008, she served as President of the Italian Association of consumer's lawyers (AGIT).
