Provide Operational Support: Coordinate and assist with Graphic layout for submissions, design reports, boards, and presentations; manage the end-to-end production of tenders, and other publications; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information.Top Achievement: Successfully coordinated three simultaneous architectural competitions bids for state-sponsored entities, managing 70 proposals and diverse teams. Implemented Multi-Project Planning and Scheduling method, centralizing resources, optimizing utilization, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Key Responsabilities:1. Proposal and Budget Management: Develop technical and economic proposals for tenders, and create and manage project budgets.2. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and execute project plans for office renovation within the BPO, including scheduling.3.
