Project Description: E4E – Evolution for Energy – Business Transformation and IT Consolidation Program aimed at the standardization of AFC Processes in the Enel Group, switching from 19 to 3 integrated global SAP systems (Infrastructures and Reds, Generation and Renewables, Market and Services). The Program involves 32 Countries of Enel Group and about 38.000 users.Activities:- Induction and support to the Local Change Managers to plan, design and execute local training activities- Planning and execution of Quality Assurance over training deliverable, guiding line and Client expectations. Audit on training architecture and material- Monitoring e2e of the training KPI’s (participation, proficiency, effectiveness)- Realization and reporting of corrective actions aiming at identifying impacts and improvement measures- Program training plan definition regarding strategy, number of users to train for each Localization in scope, sessions, due dates and related ownership- Training Plan monitoring and reporting - Setup and management of a Program Site (Knowledge Management System), developed with SharePoint and Yammer- Formalization of the progress of activities, defined decisions and deliverable produced, during the Project and Country SALs
