As a Recruitment Coordinator in the Energy & Industry Division at Applus+, I believe I play an important role in supporting our international business development strategy. My responsibilities include international recruitment coordination and building relationships with future experts, particularly in industries such as clean energy (wind & PV solar), oil & gas, industry, and civil engineering. I maintain and enrich a global database of professionals, ensuring we have access to top talent for various sectors.Key responsibilities include:• Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit top candidates for awarded contracts, client requests, and tendering processes for public, private, and multilateral funds contracts from IFIs. This includes candidates with expertise in renewables, utilities, O&G, engineering, donor funds, civil engineering, and construction.• Job Advertising: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, DevelopmentAid, Applusjobs, and others.• Database Management: Continuously update and maintain our candidate database throughout and after each recruitment process.• Candidate Screening: Review and screen candidate profiles, resumes, and job applications to ensure a strong match with our requirements.• Candidate Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, fostering influential relationships throughout the selection process.• Follow-Up: Communicate with candidates regarding the outcomes of their applications and provide feedback. Verification and Checks.• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, adaptability to changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking abilities.Additionally, I assist directors and peers abroad with daily issues, travel arrangements, and maintaining connectivity. I also organize events, meetings, and welcome visitors to our HQ in Barcelona for the division, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience.
