• Produced a briefing kit in English and French on the new EU Asylum Agency by analysing the EUAA regulation and developed policy for UNHCR Country Offices’ engagement with EUAA
• Investigated possible violations of international law carried out by EASO by monitoring EASO’s operations across multiple countries and drafted recommendations on how UNHCR should address them
• Raised awareness over the asylum practice in Europe by conducting legal research on EU asylum law and providing weekly statistical analysis briefings on the situation of asylum in Europe
• Advocated for the respect of UNHCR’s mandate in Europe by engaging in consultations with the EU, governments and other internal and external stakeholders
