HW / SW Technician - Digital Signage company- Following costumers and providing 1st and 2nd line of tech support- Analyzing, prioritizing and, if necessary, escalating HW - SW - Network issues in order to fix them- Remote support provided by remote control's softwares ( TeamViewer, Logmein, UltraVNC,..)- Managing and updating contents (like video, images and music) ad hoc under costumers' requests to provide the best Digital Signage service possible- Managing and dealing with costumers from the whole world including China, Russia, USA, UK, South America, Japan, Korea, Australia, Europe ,... (professional English speaker).- Configuring computers ad hoc: from BIOS, to OS, to Applications and Softwares.- Applying basic networks knowledge: analyzing network card and network configurations making sure to keep PCs online 365/year.- Work trips - All the related duties assigned

Member of the GSD (Global Service Desk) with the purpose to support costumers into the project 'johnson and johnson'.Tasks:- Providing 1st line technical support for Johnson & Johnson; answering support queries via phone, email, web and Chat;- Applying understanding and knowledge of procedures, information systems, tools and services in order to assist users;- Identifying, investigating and researching user questions and problems as well as isolating and resolving IT problems;- Receiving and prioritizing issues and forwarding them using appropriate escalation procedures- Briefing customers and/or management on the status of resolution efforts - Member of Knowledge Management Team responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge articles for the Knowledge Management Process- QA Call audits for Italian team- All other duties as assigned
