Specific responsibilities of the position are the following: • Coordinate planning activities with other departments in order to have a correct flow of information needed for Group Forecasting and Planning activities • Coordinate global deadlines with Planning group • Conduct qualitative & quantitative analysis to highlight trends, opportunities and performance • Produce margin analysis and budget reports for executives • Identify and highlight new trends, opportunities and/or risks within industry • Support and assist the CFO in relationship with banks and shareholders • Monitor long term cash flow monthly and review monthly expenditure’s reports • Active part in the process to plan/control/follow up dedicated projects and activities • Participate actively in the Group’s annual Capex budgeting and periodic forecasting process • Participate actively in the Group’s annual Personnel budgeting and periodic forecasting process • Maintaining and enhancing the controlling cost centre structure • Manage the process and data for monthly and quarterly internal reporting, focusing on Ferretti Group and segment results, key performance indicators • Close collaboration with other teams in the Group Controlling and Accounting area and the Business Group Controlling areas • Provide senior management with ad-hoc analysis • Liaising with advisors and professionals in connection with extraordinary transactions

In charge with financial planning of Interfashion SpA, a subsidiary of Stefanel Group at that time licensee of TM “Marithè+Fracois Girbaud” • Draft of management accounts both monthly and yearly • Draf of financial reports such as Budget, Forecast, Business Plan, Industrial Plan • Analyse of variances • Report to holding company • Liaising with show rooms • Analyse of backlog orders • Internal audit
